This is 2-part fitness event which will consist of a nutrition workshop & a full work-out that targets arms and abs. We will teach, guide, and instruct you on exercises (that use weights, of course!) to do at your own gym.
A certified fitness trainer will lead the group through some weightlifting exercises while demonstrating proper technique/form.
A registered dietitian/nutritionist will you provide advice on what to eat and what not to eat, and will help you understand the importance of clean eating in order to maximize your results in the gym.
-receive a full 45-minute workout incorporating weight/strength training exercises
-learn how to use weights & machines that target the arms & ab muscles
-meet other Black Girls Lift members and find an accountability partner
-leave a better understanding of how food/nutrition impacts your exercise program
