From the CycleLife USA Website: "Every Saturday at 9:00 AM from CycleLife Distance: 35 miles Pace: 20 MPH (B Ride: 15-17 MPH) Route: MapMyRide Check www.facebook.com/cyclelifeusa for ride status A classic DC route that takes us out MacArthur and back, with a few climbs to round out the route. On MacArthur, we set up into a rotating paceline and maintain what Gonzalo refers to as a “spirited” pace (20 MPH average, up to 30 MPH on MacArthur). We regroup at the top of Old Anglers (after going down into the park) and Brickyard, as well as at the bottom of Persimmon Tree. Depending on the group that shows up, we may break into A and B rides. The B ride excludes the climb up Brickyard and maintains a slightly slower pace (15-17 MPH)."
