This self-defense workshop will equip you with valuable mind and body self-defense techniques. You'll learn how to prevent a violent encounter and master techniques to defend yourself. 

This workshop will cover the following:
1) Avoidance. How can you avoid being a vulnerable target? We will explore non-compliance, distance/sensitivity awareness and being a moving target.
