Enjoy an intense 50-minute bodyweight workout with cardio, strength, stretching, and some partner work. Minimum breaks, maximum efficiency. All levels welcome - you'll feel strong, fit, and energized.

We meet in Meridian Hill Park (2400 15th Street, NW) at the TOP of the stairs, by the Joan of Arc horse statue.
Wear warm layers and bring the following:
