Challenged by arm balances? Looking to learn some new ones? Come to this workshop to learn the fundamentals of successful arm balancing and practice oldies but goodies, as well as a few you may not have seen before. You will learn how to tap into your core, distribute your weight, and use balance and strength to liberate these challenging asanas.

This workshop is appropriate for Intermediate and Advanced yoga practitioners. Those who have weak wrists, please bring Ace Athletic Tape with you to this workshop.
