Classes are held Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday mornings, as well as Tuesday and Thursday evenings in the Logan Circle area.

Boot Camp is a high energy, total body strength and conditioning calorie burning workout! You will enjoy the camaraderie and encouragement from myself, and other like-minded boot campers throughout the hour session. Be prepared to increase your metabolism, improve your stamina, and feel much better then you did before you started the class!

Proven Fit Bootcamp brings the attentive coaching that CrossFit DC is known for to a boot camp setting.  Training sessions will deliver a challenging full-body workout using bodyweight, dumbells and kettlebells, and each session will include a warmup, movement prep, and cooldown specific to the workout. This class will deliver the metabolic conditioning CrossFit is known for without the heavy weightlifting or complex technical skills.
