Boot Camp is a high energy, total body strength and conditioning calorie burning workout! You will enjoy the camaraderie and encouragement from myself, and other like-minded boot campers throughout the hour session. Be prepared to increase your metabolism, improve your stamina, and feel much better then you did before you started the class!
Boot camp meets at the training studio located at 1440 N St, NW Ste. 8, and we will then head outdoors to a nearby location, or be indoors in Jan/Feb.
Classes are open to all fitness levels, are 55 min, and capped at 15 people.

Join us for a 3-5 mile run that starts and ends from our Arlington location and join us for drinks after the run at a variety of local restaurants! When you arrive to the store, make sure to sign in before heading out on your run… after you come out for 10 runs in a calendar year you get an official “Pub Run” t-shirt for FREE!
