Join us every other Saturday this spring and summer for a FREE all-levels vinyasa yoga class in the Grand Foyer.
Each session begins at 10:15 a.m. and lasts one hour. An instructor from a different local yoga studio will lead each session – Core Power, Spark, Sculpt, East Side Yoga, etc. See below for the complete schedule. Music for each session will be at the instructor's discretion.
Zengo Cycle is a full-body, cycle-centric workout for your body and mind with locations in Bethesda, DC (Logan Circle and Cathedral Commons), Fairfax and Gaithersburg. With the tunes rocking and the lights down low, your legs are always pedaling, always engaged, while your upper body moves to the beat, keeping the core, obliques, and triceps tight. The ride is to be a casual, friendly, challenging shop ride which highlights the beautiful area of Rock Creek Park. It goes for about 30 miles at a pace of 10-15 mph. It is a no drop ride with a front and a back ride leader. The first Sunday of the month is the beginners ride. It travels at a slower pace and welcomes everyone who wants to try the ride. '
Every Sunday at the Pacers Fairfax Store David Nickum from www.onthegofitnespro.com hosts a free boot camp crafted to improve your running. David uses body weight exercizes to strengthen the muscles that are often neglected durring a runner's weekly training. This program is appropriate for all ages and fitness levels, with modifications for those with injuries or pregnancies. Bring a water bottle and a yoga mat for floor exercizes! See you Sunday :-)

Local yoga instructors Alia Peera and Amy Mitchell host our 3rd annual summer yoga series in the East Park at Dumbarton House. The East Park provides a serene, tree covered outdoor space, for this 60 minute all-levels vinyasa flow class that should be fun and challenging for both experienced yogis and yoga skeptics alike! Attendees should bring their own mat and must complete a waiver to participate.
A $5 cash donation per person is suggested for the class. "
