From the BicycleSPACE website: 'Inspired by our popular east of the river hills ride, The mighty Hills of Rock Creek Park runs every Sunday morning beginning at 8:30 AM and ending around 11:00. The ride is to be a casual, friendly, challenging shop ride which highlights the beautiful area of Rock Creek Park. It goes for about 30 miles at a pace of 10-15 mph. It is a no drop ride with a front and a back ride leader. The first Sunday of the month is the beginners ride. It travels at a slower pace and welcomes everyone who wants to try the ride. '
Every Sunday at the Pacers Fairfax Store David Nickum from www.onthegofitnespro.com hosts a free boot camp crafted to improve your running. This program is appropriate for all ages and fitness levels, with modifications for those with injuries or pregnancies. Bring a water bottle and a yoga mat for floor exercizes! See you Sunday :-)
