From the BicycleSPACE website: 'Inspired by our popular east of the river hills ride, The mighty Hills of Rock Creek Park runs every Sunday morning beginning at 8:30 AM and ending around 11:00. The ride is to be a casual, friendly, challenging shop ride which highlights the beautiful area of Rock Creek Park. It goes for about 30 miles at a pace of 10-15 mph. It is a no drop ride with a front and a back ride leader. The first Sunday of the month is the beginners ride. It travels at a slower pace and welcomes everyone who wants to try the ride. '
KICK Fitness is now offering spin and yoga classes at the gorgeous new Atlantic Plumbing building in Shaw! Classes are open to non-residents and your first class is FREE, so come check out the incredible views. Come for the view, but stay for the great workout!

The cooler temperatures are upon us and gives us even more reason to get back into the hot room. Come celebrate the changing of the season and all things community with our $10 Bikram yoga community classes. Bring a water bottle and a mat and towel. Mats and towels can also be rented. All levels are welcome for this 90-minute class.
Every Satruday from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Come run with us at our weekly Sunday Funday Run with distances of two to four miles. The run will start at 10:00am at the store. We will celebrate our post run success with mimosas - bring on the bubbles!
Try out any combination of 2 classes: Kickboxing, Boxing, Urban Ninja Training, No-Gi Grappling, Yoga, or Krav Maga for $30 ($15 each). We welcome students of all levels of athleticism and experience.

The Bike Rack is offering a one hour Yoga Class on Sunday evening at 6:00. Our licensed instructors will lead you through an hour of Vinyassa Flow with the sequence and intensity of the class adjusted to the personal experience of each individual student.
Registration is not required to attend, however it does help us to know how many people to expect. Our classes are donation based, with a suggested donation of $5.00. Grab your yoga mat and join us, if you do not have a yoga mat, we have extras. We look forward to seeing you here!
