On MacArthur, we set up into a rotating paceline and maintain what Gonzalo refers to as a “spirited” pace (20 MPH average, up to 30 MPH on MacArthur). We regroup at the top of Old Anglers (after going down into the park) and Brickyard, as well as at the bottom of Persimmon Tree. Depending on the group that shows up, we may break into A and B rides. The B ride excludes the climb up Brickyard and maintains a slightly slower pace (15-17 MPH)."
From the BicycleSPACE website: 'Inspired by our popular east of the river hills ride, The mighty Hills of Rock Creek Park runs every Sunday morning beginning at 8:30 AM and ending around 11:00. The ride is to be a casual, friendly, challenging shop ride which highlights the beautiful area of Rock Creek Park. It goes for about 30 miles at a pace of 10-15 mph. It is a no drop ride with a front and a back ride leader. The first Sunday of the month is the beginners ride. It travels at a slower pace and welcomes everyone who wants to try the ride. '

The MoveMentality 2 Clinic is designed by Dr. Klein and Colin Cooley, both Pro Original Strength Certified Coaches, as a scientifically driven system of movement for healing and performance. Come to this workshop to learn the fundamentals of successful arm balancing and practice oldies but goodies, as well as a few you may not have seen before. You will learn how to tap into your core, distribute your weight, and use balance and strength to liberate these challenging asanas.
This workshop is appropriate for Intermediate and Advanced yoga practitioners. Those who have weak wrists, please bring Ace Athletic Tape with you to this workshop.
Looking for a fun and dynamic class? Our challenging TRX Bootcamp classes will help you improve full-body strength through various body-weight, functional exercises in a circuit-style class full of camaraderie and fun.
Get a full-body workout but pay some extra attention to your core with a TRXcore class. You’ll feel this one all over, but the TRX is implemented to target the mid-section.
