Spring symbolizes renewal and in this workshop, we will work to declutter and clear away the things that no longer serve you and make room for the things that do.
We'll practice detoxifying yoga poses such as twists, backbends and inversions that stimulate the mind and the body. We will also examine how diet plays a key role in the cleansing process. Spring-cleaning starts with your “inner house” and in this workshop expect to become empowered and establish intentions for the things that matter the most to you.
Please bring a journal and a pen or pencil.
