Cardio + Strength is an energizing 60 minutes of cardio conditioning and strength training. This head-to-toe workout will have you working in all planes of motion, emphasizing form and technique so you move safely and more efficiently. Expect to sweat and have a great time doing it! Each teacher brings their own unique style and energy to their class.
We welcome all to be part of this vibrant and friendly group. Every Sat and Sun morning 7am to 9am about 30 to 40 YOGA lovers immerse in Meditation, Asana, Pranayama, and YOGA nidra. Practices in these classes are purely originated from its roots in India. Many practices are very unique and deep into spiritual transformation aiming a joyful and fulfilled life.

From the Revolution Cycles Website:"Starting April 3rd, we will resume the Georgetown Sunday morning road ride from the Georgetown Exxon Station. Meet at 8:30am and ride starts at 8:45am. This is a ~30 mile loop to Potomac and back on public roads. This road ride may split based on rider experience but has a no-drop policy for all riders. Revolution Cycles and our partners will provide coffee and muffins after the ride on the third Sunday of every month at our Clarendon store."
From Fleet Feet: "FLEET FEET FUN RUN - Every Sunday at 9am runners gather at FLEET FEET Sports Adams Morgan for a sociable ~5 mile Fun Run. Courses vary from week to week and are usually partly through the city streets and partly through Rock Creek Park. We typically have 10-20 runners and paces vary from 7 - 12 minute miles. It's free!"
WWX (Weekend Warrior Extreme) – This 50-minute class is a high-intensity, sweat-inducing full body workout. Perfect for those short on time who want to incorporate cardio, strength, and flexibility in one efficient workout. Perfect for members who have taken the 75 minute Weekend Warrior class but are crunched for time.

Come run with us at our weekly Sunday Funday Run with distances of two to four miles. The run will start at 10:00am at the store. We will celebrate our post run success with mimosas - bring on the bubbles!
Weekend Warrior – An extended 75-minute, 3-in-1 workout to build strength, get your cardio in, and finish off with a good stretch.
Senior Yoga classes are offered in a variety of approaches to meet the needs of ALL Seniors. Every class incorporates a gentle, yet invigorating warm-up; a gradual progression of yoga poses (asanas) to strengthen and stretch the body; corrective breathing techniques (pranayama) to calm and relax the body and mind, forging a mind-body connection; and mental visualization exercises to assist seniors in feeling successful in all aspects of their lives through yoga, thus uplifting the spirit. Individual progress is noticed and always celebrated.

The Bike Rack is offering a one hour Yoga Class on Sunday evening at 6:00. Our licensed instructors will lead you through an hour of Vinyassa Flow with the sequence and intensity of the class adjusted to the personal experience of each individual student.
Registration is not required to attend, however it does help us to know how many people to expect. Our classes are donation based, with a suggested donation of $5.00. Grab your yoga mat and join us, if you do not have a yoga mat, we have extras. We look forward to seeing you here!
