In this workshop we will explore an introduction to Ayurveda including; the 5 elements, the 3 dosas and their qualities, daily/seasonal/life rhythms, and Samkhya philosophy. This workshops is geared towards students that are new to Ayurveda, and who want understand how the system works and what it is based on. This workshop is essential for those who want to move deeper into their study of Ayurveda, and it is designed to give you an intuitive understanding of how the elements work, not just information to memorize. You will leave this workshop with an understanding of how daily Ayurvedic rituals can improve your health, immunity, energy, longevity, and youthful appearance.
