Whatever your fitness level, Cheryl’s Beginners Bootcamps are designed to help you look and feel your best. Your body will become more toned, your joints will hurt less and, most importantly, your confidence will rise. Join this non-judgmental, body-positive community where all movement is good movement and fitness is fun!
What to expect: twice weekly strengthening and toning workouts; heart-racing HIIT circuits for cardiovascular endurance; added difficulty each week to challenge your body and mind; and fun music to help your early morning sweat session fly by!
This round of Bootcamp will run on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:15 AM at Yoga Heights (Georgia Ave), and runs from October 22-November 14.
