This is 2-part fitness event which will consist of an informational workshop and a full work-out. We will teach, guide, and instruct you on exercises (that use weights, of course!) to do at your own gym.
Certified trainer, Salina Duggan, will provide instruction on how to use weights & machines that target leg building muscle exercises. Belinda Johnson, motivational speaker & author of Fitness Shift, will provide you with some tips and motivation on how to jumpstart your fitness program with excitement and motivation!
-receive a full 45-minute workout incorporating weight/strength training exercises
-learn how to use weights & machines that target the leg muscles
-meet other Black Girls Lift members and find an accountability partner
-leave with the motivation and tools to get started with a new and improved exercise program
