SweatBox For Runners is a new 75-minute program designed for runners (or anyone trying to improve their endurance!) with longer bike segments, lower-body focused exercises, and programming that will improve your ability to keep powering through long stretches of cardio. Led by co-founder and former endurance athlete Isiah Munoz, this program is perfect for those looking for a way to incorporate strength training into their race training program.
