Now is your chance to try out Elevate's new BREAK|THROUGH Program! Email LauraN@Elevateintervalfitness.com to set up your 3-class pack and change the way you look at fitness forever! This class is available at either of our locations, both 14th Street NW and M Street SW.

So what is it?
Introducing BREAK|THROUGH, a new way to train with Elevate. These 1-hour, specialized sessions are your next step to increased strength, endurance, and the fitness leaps you’ve been looking for! Demolish plateaus, set new benchmarks and change your body!

Class Options

Classic HIIT:

Our 55 minute class incorporates high intensity treadmill work, rowing, and resistance exercises utilizing body weight exercises, straps, weights, and a variety of other equipment to shape lean bodies and enhance your strength, stamina and lactate threshold. Our functional fitness classes will help you achieve your goals, whether your goal is to lose some weight, improve your 5K time, or just have more energy and fitness to play with your kids!

BREAK|THROUGH STRENGTH:

This 1-hour class is focused extensively on building strength, muscular endurance, and power. You will experience greater muscular overload and longer recovery periods, allowing you to push yourself harder on every repetition, every set. Don’t just reach the bar, raise it! Unleash your most powerful self, with BREAK|THOUGH STRENGTH.

BREAK|THROUGH ENDURANCE:

This 1-hour class is focused extensively on increasing aerobic capacity, lactate threshold, and sustaining high power outputs. More than simply pounding the pavement, you will perform high end cardiovascular workouts with appropriate injections of strength to maximize your training effect. Don’t just cross the finish line. Go beyond your personal best with BREAK|THROUGH ENDURANCE.
