This workshop will focus on proper hydration and nutrition for marathon (and half marathon) training. How to fuel before, during, and after your runs will be discussed and time will be left to ask any burning questions regarding fueling. Kate Ayoub, PT, DPT, Physical Therapist, MedStar NRH at Friendship Heights, will be leading the workshop.
Coach Tammy of TW Training and Wellness will lead a run following the 30 minute workshop. Different options will be available, ranging from 3-7 miles, and all levels of runners are welcome. There is a safe place to store your belongings for the run.
