Join Christina Rowland and Madeline Dolente, coaches of EPIC Interval Training, for a high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. Christina and Madeline are excited to introduce EPIC to the DC fitness community, located on 5th and K Streets NW, with the grand opening happening in early February.
EPIC is a circuit-style fitness program that is the perfect mixture of fitness and creativity that produces optimal results. During this workout, you will use your bodyweight, kettlebells, sandbags, and other equipment to help you develop overall strength, endurance, power, agility, and balance. Our program has progressive levels so that anyone, no matter your fitness level, can partake in our interval training.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
- lululemon is on the corner of M St. NW and Potomac Ave. NW.
- If you are coming from downtown DC, you can get there by taking the DuPont Circle - Rosslyn metro line or the Union Station to Georgetown Circulators and the 38B bus.
- Street parking is available, but plan to arrive early to find a spot and walk to the store.
What should I bring to the event?
- Comfortable workout clothes that allow you to move around
- Water bottle
What if I'm new to working out or have an injury?
Not a problem! We offer progressions for any fitness level and are easily able to offer alternative exercises to accomodate injuries.
