Grab that pumpkin you've got laying around and put it to work at the biggest pumpkin workout DC has ever seen!
On Saturday, November 21st we'll be meeting in Meridian Hill Park (lower level) at 9:30am for a total body, calorie burning workout using your pumpkin as weight. With Thanksgiving right around the corner, this is the perfect time to get a jumpstart on combatting those extra calories!
Popular VIDA Fitness instructors Alexx Griffin, David Winter & Mark Raimondo will lead this 50 minute bootcamp-style class, using your pumpkin to do overhead presses, lunges, squats, planks and more! Expect to workout every muscle in your body by going from one exercise to another without rest. Don't worry, we'll offer lots of modifications for participants of all fitness levels!
This event is FREE, open to the public and to people of all ages! Bring your friends, family, kids & coworkers for this Fall Fitness Pumpkin Extravaganza. Size of the pumpkin is up to you, so choose wisely. Smashing afterwards is optional! ;)
