VIDA Fitness is offering a FREE Vinyasa Yoga class on Sunday, October 25th at 3 pm at our Metropole location. This class is open to the public and taught by Master Trainer & experienced Yoga instructor Juliet Stovall.
If you've been wanting to try a yoga class in a no-pressure and welcoming environment suited for people of all skill levels (beginners are welcome!) then this is the perfect opportunity to do so! Juliet will lead the class through a series of asanas (poses) in conjunction with your breath to build body awareness, flexbility and strength. Experienced yogis are welcome to join and practice with us for a quality experience in a new studio and to make some new DC yogi friends!
This class is free and open to everyone, just rsvp to firstname.lastname@example.org. Space is limited to 30 people, so RSVP soon to reserve your mat (don't worry if you don't have your own, we've got plenty here!)
