Come kick off your week with free community yoga classes hosted by Rock Recovery.
Join Rock Recovery volunteer, Liz Greenlaw, for a 60-minute Vinyasa Flow Yoga class to center your body, calm your mind and find a moment of peace in the midst of your busy schedule.
Vinyasa Yoga is simply the practice of linking movement to our breath. So, come in comfortable clothes to flex, stretch, and breathe deeply. We’ll move through a variety of sequences, exploring the strength of our bodies and minds.
These classes will focus on your alignment as you breathe through a series of standing and seated poses, which incorporate balancing and backbends. Pose variations and modifications will be offered, so these classes are suitable for all fitness levels, and no experience is required!
Join us on Monday evenings from 6-7 PM at The Rock Community Center in Rosslyn. Classes are complimentary, but please bring your own mat, towel and water bottle. We look forward to flowing with you!
