Introduction to Sports Nutrition & Mindful Eating
Join Allison Tepper, MS, RD, LDN as she discusses how to eat to fuel your workouts and feel great both physically and mentally. Nutrition is critical to ensure success in managing your health and during this workshop, Allison will discuss recommendations for fueling your workouts, balancing healthy eating and a social life, and how to listen to your body to help guide your food choices. Light snacks will be provided.
