Spice up your summer with a 45 minute handstand workout focusing on the mechanics and muscular energy needed to get upside down.
You will learn basic tools and drills to get out of your comfort zone and find your body's natural connectivity to change your perspective: literally.
This clinic will be physical, fun, and build a solid structure for your handstand practice.
ALL LEVELS are welcome!!! You do not need any previous experience.

Angela Meyer has taught Yoga for over 15 years and is the director of Budokon DC. She credits her handstand knowledge to the Budokon practice that focuses on muscular integration, primal movements, technical play, and achieving results.
