Shanise (Mahan Prem) is a daily practitioner and KRI Certified Instructor of Kundalini Yoga since 2009.
Compassionate and motivating, she works to create a space where all are encouraged to be themselves
and practice non-competitive yoga/meditation in an environment that feels supportive. Sacred
instruments such as the gong, medicinal bowls, bells, drums and chanting, are an integral part of her
class. Students learn to explore the light and the shadows that live within while integrating all of life’s
experiences to create balance and awaken their true potential, individuality and wholeness.
