Fall into Fitness this season with a little boot camp boost. This 8 week Fall Challenge is anything but ordinary or routine. Meet me at the beautiful steps of Meridian Hill Park for some obstacle activity. If you enjoy interval sprints, ropes, kettble bells, and well...and obstacle course then you'll find fun and fitness here.
Join me every Saturday beginning November 2, 2019 for the next 8 weeks at the steps of Meridian Hill Park off 16th Street NW - workouts begin at the fountain. Ideal for beginner to advanced athletes. I'm not holding back so you shouldn't either. Class time is 1000am. Classes are 60 minutes long. Bring water and a towel.
