Join us as we explore effective means of pracatical women's self defense! (age 13+)
Our real world scenarios are designed to teach you step-by-step how to protect yourself from an attacker and make you more aware of what to look for to avoid a potential attack. Learn simple yet effective methods focused around the concepts of technique, power generation, and speed (TPS) to defend yourself against an attacker and control the situation if necessary. Dangerous encounters can be physically taxing, so we will also show you effective ways to build strength through self defense oriented high intensity interval training (HIIT) and conditioning. This class will not only help strengthen your body and understanding of self-defense, but it will also build confidence in your ability to fight and control the initial fear of an attack in various situations.
