Draining your life batteries faster than you can recharge them? Having trouble turning your mind and body off fully when you finally hit the bed at night?
In this workshop, you will spend two hours in a supportive, relaxing environment, making your way through a skillfully prepared circuit of restorative yoga poses. Postures with traditional yogic benefits are set up to induce a physiological state of rest required for the body to reach deeper levels of savasana and begin to heal. Your body and mind will catch up with the high-speed lives they’re swept up in, and you will leave feeling like a blob (in the best way).
Wear comfortable clothing; mats and props will be provided. This workshop is accessible to ALL ages, levels and needs – no experience required!
