You have questions about CrossFit, and we have answers — but the best way to learn about who we are and what we do at CrossFit DC is to experience it for yourself.
During this hour-long session, our coaches provide an overview of fundamental CrossFit exercises, focusing on proper technique. You’ll have a chance to challenge yourself safely in a friendly environment with attentive coaching. If you have no prior experience with CrossFit, this is your opportunity to get a first taste, on us.
Come try our HUGE selection of yoga and fitness classes, with 20+ instructors, 25+ classes, 7 days a week. Strengthen and detoxify, release endorphins, and gain clarity of mind. Our Introductory Offer is valid for new students only and must be used within 30 days of activation.

The Bike Rack is offering a one hour Yoga Class on Sunday evening at 6:00. Our licensed instructors will lead you through an hour of Vinyassa Flow with the sequence and intensity of the class adjusted to the personal experience of each individual student.
Registration is not required to attend, however it does help us to know how many people to expect. Our classes are donation based, with a suggested donation of $5.00. Grab your yoga mat and join us, if you do not have a yoga mat, we have extras. We look forward to seeing you here!
