SweatBox for Runners is a 75-minute class designed for those who want to increase their strength endurance so they are able to run farther, faster and longer. Beginning February 18, SweatBox for Runners will be offered every Sunday at 12:30 p.m. Participants can expect longer, steady bike rides to maximize heart rates for longer periods of time. Additionally, the program’s
strength work focuses on medium weight loads for longer working periods, which allows participants to increase their strength endurance so they can
