About Todd: "Dr. Todd Miller is an Associate Professor in the Department of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences at the George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health. He is also the Director of the Weight Management and Human Performance Lab at GW’s Virginia Science and Technology Campus in Ashburn, VA. He is responsible for the development and oversight of the Master’s degree concentration in Strength & Conditioning at GW, and also serves as the Vice President of the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He has an extensive background in training athletes, and has worked as a Strength & Conditioning coach at Texas A&M University for 6 years. Dr. Miller’s diverse research background involves areas such as: human adaption to space travel; interactive videogaming in school PE programs; obesity in retired NFL players; and extensive research for the fitness industry, studying the psychosocial and socioeconomic factors that influence health club usage."
