To officially kick off the start of Spring and keep our mission to make DC the fittest city in the US going strong, VIDA is opening it's doors to the public on Thursday, March 29th for an entire day of free classes, workouts, and activities to help you spring clean your workout routine! Join us for a special class, or workout on your own.
Special classes include but are not limited to:
7:00AM | HIIT | CITY VISTA
45 minutes of high-intensity interval training alternating between strength and cardio segments.
12:00PM | Cycle | U STREET
Gladiator Interval Ride: a fierce 45-minute calorie slaying ride including a mix of Pyramids, HIIT and Tabata intervals.
5:30PM | Happy Hour Cycle | GALLERY PLACE
Come sweat in Chad’s rock-n-ride: an intense cycle class fueled by rock ‘n’ roll!
5:30PM | Power Yoga | LOGAN CIRCLE
Get your flow on (plus some inversions!) with Master DC Yogi Mimi Rieger.
6:30PM | Run, Abs & Stretch | THE YARDS
Meet at Pacers Navy Yard
6:45PM | Yoga for Athletes | LOGAN CIRCLE
Continue your yoga flow with some additional deep stretching with the one and only John Thurman.
