Cardio + Strength is an energizing 60 minutes of cardio conditioning and strength training. This head-to-toe workout will have you working in all planes of motion, emphasizing form and technique so you move safely and more efficiently. Expect to sweat and have a great time doing it! Each teacher brings their own unique style and energy to their class.

Moving your body is key to staying physically and mentally healthy. Join our Silver Sneakers senior fitness class every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10am. This class, designed for seniors 65+, will get you on the path to being more energized, building strength AND having less pain. Our friendly, helpful and knowledgeable fitness instructor will guide you through exercises that require minimal equipment and provide modifications for different fitness levels. Classes are FREE to those who have Silver Sneakers memberships through their health plan and as low as $6 a class for all others.

The Transform LIVE class is a music-driven, high-intensity cardio-conditioning class that is ONLY 30 minutes. Transform LIVE emphasizes positivity and inspiration, so you leave the class feeling accomplished and ready to transform your life. Modifications provided for all fitness levels. Classes held in studio and livestreamed Mondays 5:30pm, Wednesdays 6pm and Fridays 6pm.
From =PR= Running: 'Join us at our DC store on F Street for our Wednesday night fun runs! The run will begin at 6:30 PM. Whether you’re a novice runner or someone with a little more experience, join us…. all levels are welcome! The run is typically between 3-5 miles. Runners can go at their own pace while running with others of similar ability. New runners may only want to run a mile or two. Experienced athletes might want go further. Secure storing and changing areas available! Leave all your worries behind and come enjoy the weather, rain or shine!
