Classes are held Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday mornings, as well as Tuesday and Thursday evenings in the Logan Circle area.

Boot Camp is a high energy, total body strength and conditioning calorie burning workout! You will enjoy the camaraderie and encouragement from myself, and other like-minded boot campers throughout the hour session. Be prepared to increase your metabolism, improve your stamina, and feel much better then you did before you started the class!

Boot camp meets at the training studio located at 1440 N St, NW Ste. 8, and we will then head outdoors to a nearby location, or be indoors in Jan/Feb.

Classes are open to all fitness levels, are 55 min, and capped at 15 people.

If you like (or don't like) Bikram, you'll love what we have don't with MYBO's Hot Hatha Series. The foundation and format is similar to Bikram Yoga in that it is practiced in 103-105 degrees with 50-60% humidity and begins with a gentle warm up then balancing series, spine series and floor series. We begin and end with breathing technique. Hot hatha focus's on endurance, focus, precision and breath.

Strong Mama is a Pre/Postnatal fitness class designed to get every mama feeling strong! Exercises will be tailored for each stage of pregnancy and postpartum recovery so you can work at your own pace and ability. This class will combine strength (with or without dumbbells)  and cardio endurance exercises to give a complete body workout.

Bring water and a yoga mat, I’ll supply the weights and smilies!
