Come explore the healing magic of Vinyasa yoga with us! Explore basic poses and flows, finishing with optional backbends and balance poses. All levels and first timers welcome! This workshop is suited to beginners looking to start a yoga practice, as well as experienced yogis looking to refresh their postures.

Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle. We are in a rustic setting, please dress for the weather and bring extra layers if necessary.
