This workshop will use YBR technique and gentle asana to help you release tight
muscles and create space in your body. Yamuna Body Rolling is a therapeutic self-
care and self-massage practice that uses different sized balls, along with body
weight and breath, to train muscles and connective tissue to relax and lengthen,
in order to restore muscles to their full length and functionality. The balls feel like
magical hands-on adjustments that release tension and melt stress.
The workshop will include YRB rolling routines for the major muscles of the legs,
hips, back, and chest. You will leave feeling relaxed and renewed!
