On Sunday, June 18th 12:30-2pm, join one of DC's top yoga teachers - Amy Rizzotto, E-RYT - for a workshop designed to equip you with yoga strength drills and functional fitness training moves to get you rock solid in your arm balances and inversions. Come ready to work your body and build a sweat. This is a quarterly workshop and this time around Amy will be teaching toward a transition from 8-Angle Pose to Koundinyasana to Chin Stand.
