It’s hard to believe but this August marks the one year anniversary of my Yoga for Athletes Pose of the Month column on Active Life DC. I’ve had so much fun bringing you one yoga pose per month to help heal your active bodies, correct muscle imbalances that arise from everyday life, and provide some moments of much needed stress relief and self-care in your busy schedule. If you missed any post over the last 12 months then you’re in luck! Below you can revisit all these wonderful poses. String them together, holding each post for 1 minute and 30 seconds for a balanced home practice lasting approximately 20 minutes.
